Florida Fun

In January of this year, I was invited to go on a trip to Florida with one of my best friends. We stayed for three days. It was so incredibly fun. We got the chance to swim in the ocean, fish, try new restaurants, and site see.

On our first day there we tried Cannoli Kitchen Pizza. The slices were huge. I got the chicken ranch pizza and a slice of pepperoni. They were so good. The restaurant was small with indoor and outdoor seating. It was about a 3-minute walk to the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful.

On that same day were walking along the pier and we saw a pelican and a manatee. This was my first time ever seeing a manatee. We then got to check into where we were staying. It was right on the canal. It was very nice. I had such an amazing time.

On the last day we were in Florida we got the chance to visit the Everglades. It was very cool. We went on a boat tour. We got to see so many Alligators. They were so close to the boat. The Everglades were beautiful. I'm so glad I was able to get the chance to see it. We then got a chance to see a show run by one of the Gator Boys. It was interesting. We got the chance to meet him and ask questions. Which was nice.

They also had an animal encounter at the Everglades. They had tortes, scorpions, a lizard, a snake, a baby alligator, and a turtle. The scorpion was fast and creepy, but it was very cool to get a chance to hold one. They take pictures with you and each of the animals besides the scorpion. It is definitely worth it to do the animal encounter. It is so fun to have those pictures to look back on.

It's safe to say I was very thrilled to be in Florida. It was great to get to be in the warm sun again. I made so many great memories on this trip that will last a lifetime. Thank you for reading. If you would like to support me, please subscribe to my website or any of my other socials.
